This exciting first regional user conference, a partnership between MnSCU (MN State Colleges and Universities) and Desire2Learn, Inc., will showcase many elearning topics, with a special focus on the D2L learning management system and Quality Matters™, a peer review process that supports the design of quality online and blended courses.
